Friendly staff, COMFY BED, Great shower. Location to the market was great fun! Unique experience!

We had great fun staying in this hotel. We all loved our little box rooms. Not at all claustrophobic as some in the group feared. Beds really comfortable, lovely bathroom, everything super clean. The common parts of the hotel are great. Good breakfast and it was fun hanging out on the 5th floor. The cinema room with bean bags was cool, comfortable and fun although we couldn’t get the screen to work. The roof top plunge pools were a great addition though the floor and steps up there are slippy and one of our party had a nasty fall by slipping so exercise caution. The sauna was brilliant too. A highly recommended, individual hotel.

The concept is great—I'd compare it to the Ryanair of hotel stays: you get exactly what you need for a great price. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was a decent size for one person; I stayed for a week and found it ideal solo, though I wouldn't recommend it for two people for more than a few nights due to the compact space. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the main sights in the city, and the on-site bar and restaurant were fantastic. The pool was a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, all speaking excellent English.

I booked Zero Box out of pure curiosity and on the back of the many positive review’s. It didn’t let me down! From start to finish I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent as you are located with the main attractions all a short walk away. The staff are so efficient, friendly and very helpful with city information. The room was a good size, exceptionally clean and the on-suite was everything you need. The shower was great too. The air-conditioning was efficient and the bed was very comfortable. You have no window and no tv, but you don’t need it as the communal areas are very good. The box is just a great room to sleep in after a day exploring the city. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning with enough variation to keep me interested. There are free lockers to store your luggage and I found a shower near the sauna to have a quick shower which I used before going to the airport after checking out hours earlier.

We really loved everything about this hotel, the atmosphere was amazing, good breakfast, location was also perfect and convenient. Everyone working there was also upbeat and really pleasant, we specially loved the girls taking care of breakfast, shoutout to them :) Room is a bit smaller but was ok for us, and the bathroom was really big compared to some other things we already had. We also loved the restaurant downstairs and spent way more time there than previously thought ;)
